This blanket is silly soft. I put it on the sofa for a movie and ended up falling asleep there because it felt nicer than my bed.
Our house gets cold in the evening and this is the one blanket everyone grabs first. Warm but not sweaty and it feels really snug around your legs.
The texture is gorgeous. It makes my bedroom look like one of those Pinterest rooms and I am not usually good at styling anything so that says a lot.
I am a hot sleeper and most blankets end up on the floor by midnight. This one stays on all night and I still feel comfortable in the morning which is a first for me.
I am tall and always end up with cold toes sticking out the bottom of blankets. This one actually reaches from my shoulders to my feet and stays put even when I toss about a bit.
I bought this for myself and now both my kids drag it from room to room. It has already survived juice spills and one mystery stain and still looks fluffy after washing.
I was worried it would shed on my dark couch but it really does not. I shake it out once and that is it and I do not have to get the lint roller out every night which is lovely.
I only meant to try it out for a minute and woke up an hour later. It has that cosy weight where you feel hugged and my toddler curled up under it with me which never happens usually.
I was not expecting much if I am honest but it feels way more expensive than what I paid. Nice and thick and the stitching has not come loose at all.
I have very fussy skin and some fabrics make my arms itch straight away. This feels smooth and soft even on bare legs and I did not notice any irritation at all.
We have been using it in the lounge at night instead of cranking the heating up so high. It is heavier than it looks in a nice way and you feel tucked in watching telly.
I just throw it over the corner of the couch and the whole room looks a bit more put together. Guests keep asking where it is from which never happened with my old throw.
It has that comforting weight without feeling heavy on your chest. I grab it with a cup of tea when the kids are finally in bed and it genuinely helps me switch my brain off a bit.
I put it in the spare room and every single person who has stayed has mentioned how nice it feels. One friend even messaged me after to ask for the link so that says it all really.
